You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use memed4. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts found in violation will be permanently closed.
All transactions on memed4 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on memed4. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes on average. Withdrawals to accounts that do not match the registered name will be declined and returned pending KYC review.

Important Notice: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and memed4 (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on memed4, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full. memed4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money feature on memed4. memed4 strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account where it is determined or reasonably suspected that the Account holder is under 21 years of age. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the depositing payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
memed4's Services are made available primarily to residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of memed4 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into contracts, are not eligible to use the Platform.
Persons who have previously requested self-exclusion from memed4 and whose exclusion period has not expired are not eligible to register a new account. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed upon detection, and the balance will be returned subject to KYC verification.
memed4 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect ineligible accounts. Players found to have provided false information during registration will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited pending a full investigation.
Each natural person may hold only one Account on memed4. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, memed4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and withhold any promotional bonuses associated with duplicate registrations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document, KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. memed4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify memed4 support immediately.
memed4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, in certain cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by memed4 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
memed4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. memed4 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider may apply and are not within memed4's control.
Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification are processed by memed4 within an average of five (5) minutes. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at memed4's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.
All transactions on memed4 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). memed4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds transferred in a currency other than IDR will be declined and returned to the originating account.
All bank account and e-wallet details used for withdrawals must match the name on your memed4 account exactly. Mismatched name withdrawals will be held pending KYC review and may be returned to the depositing method at memed4's discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by memed4 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Only bets placed with real-money balance or qualifying game types will contribute to wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise.
All bonuses carry a validity period, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus balance will be forfeited automatically. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods within their Account dashboard.
memed4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus balance, and void any winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent activity intended to exploit promotional terms. Repeated or systematic abuse may result in permanent account closure.
Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or methods will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
memed4 may run seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian national events and holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Terms specific to each seasonal promotion will be published on the Platform ahead of the event.
All sports bets placed on memed4 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. memed4 offers betting markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and esports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Specific betting rules for each sport and market type — including mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple markets) and voor bola (Asian handicap betting) — are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the round outcome will be determined by the studio's server records, which shall be final and binding.
Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) draws on memed4 — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau — are governed by the results published by the relevant official lottery pools. memed4 accepts no liability for delays or changes to official draw schedules caused by circumstances outside its control.
memed4 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were published erroneously as a result of a technical error or human error. Where bets are voided due to an error, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance in full. memed4's decision regarding void bets is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Clause 11.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorized it. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:
memed4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to memed4 support immediately at [email protected].
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of memed4. Unauthorized use of memed4's intellectual property may result in legal action.
memed4 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications outages) may result in temporary unavailability. memed4 will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.
memed4 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken at the Player's own risk. Past results do not indicate future outcomes. memed4 does not guarantee any winnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, memed4's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
Any complaint regarding the Platform or its Services must be submitted to memed4's support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. memed4 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting memed4 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
memed4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, the Account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which memed4 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you. memed4 does not represent or warrant that its Services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction.
